STRENGTH

Our first strictly weight training, no-cardio strength class. We will cycle between 4 week and 8 week programs, repeating programming every other week to allow you time to increase your weight in specific lifts. Each class will be focused on 2-4 muscle groups. You’ll leave Strength feeling strong, educated and eager to tackle the next day of programming. Find Strength weekly on our schedule Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturday mornings — We encourage you to take at least twice a week; one weekday + Saturday for maximum results.
