CYCLE + TONE
The same rhythm-based class you love with an added element of strength training and muscle toning. Think high intensity riding combined with heavier weights, mini bands and core-centric movements for a full body burn in 45 minutes.
POWER CYCLE
An athletic 45 minute rhythm based cycling class built upon the original format with a focus on endurance training, bigger bursts of power and timed high-intensity intervals. Prerequisite: 50 Cycle classes taken.
