It’s a space to push and a space to release. We move as one using dynamic choreography believing that we are strong alone but even stronger together. CYCLE + TONE

The same rhythm-based class you love with an added element of strength training and muscle toning. Think high intensity riding combined with heavier weights, mini bands and core-centric movements for a full body burn in 45 minutes. 

POWER CYCLE

An athletic 45 minute rhythm based cycling class built upon the original format with a focus on endurance training, bigger bursts of power and timed high-intensity intervals. Prerequisite: 50 Cycle classes taken.

Water bottle, athletic clothing & socks. Bring your own cycle shoes or rent ours for $5.

Unleash your inner athlete in this circuit styled training. You will move through three stations: CARDIO to torch calories, FLOOR to elevate heart rates, and STRENGTH to tone muscles. Each program is created by industry leading coaches designed to keep you on your toes, challenge your body, and dare your mind. You will leave each class feeling breathless and victorious having conquered a new challenge.

Tread

Get comfortable being uncomfortable. It’s a full body experience designed to build your cardiovascular load and overall strength. You’ll hit your most effective heart rate zones on the treadmills through strategic interval programming and monthly benchmarks while tapping into a power you’ve yet to meet on the floor. Your muscular strength and endurance will be challenged by weights, bands and body-weight circuit-style exercises. It’s the perfect combination for untamed change.

Sculpt

A fusion of heat, rhythm, power, and release. Sculpt is a mat-based format pairing bursts of cardio with dynamic muscle targeting through light weights and high reps. After 45 minutes sweat will be dripping and your heart racing. Your stamina will be tested and your flexibility confronted. Stay open to what’s coming, tear down your expectations, and trust in the process that your instructor is leading you through. Every extra rep, every burning muscle, every doubt surpassed, proves itself imperative when that last song ends and you lay heavy on your mat.

SCULPT + RESTORE:

30 minutes of high intensity Sculpt, followed by 15 minutes of Deep Stretch.

WHAT TO BRING:

Your mat, mat towel, water, & ankle weights; class can be taken barefoot or in sneakers. Mat + mat towel rentals available for $5.

Restore

STRETCH + SOUND:

Spend the first half of class moving through deep stretches, and the second half lying down for a sound bath. You’ll leave this experience feeling rested + grounded. Please wear comfortable clothing, this class style is not heated.

DEEP STRETCH:

A class for all levels with the intention of allowing muscles to relax and lengthen. Focused on warming up, stretching & releasing tight muscles and tendons; Deep Stretch is the perfect contrast to our high intensity class concepts.

WHAT TO BRING:

Your yoga mat or rent one of ours for $5. Bolsters and blankets provided for Stretch + Sound classes.
