I’m new to indoor cycling, do you offer a beginners class?
All of our Cycle 45 classes are open to all levels. Instructors offer modifications and alternatives and each rider is able to modify the intensity by applying appropriate resistance to their bikes.
What kind of clips do your bikes take?
Our clips are double-sided and they accommodate both LOOK Delta + SPD clips.
What should I expect?
Loud music, low lighting, collective movement – come as you are.
We have had many women ride with us all the way through their due date but we encourage you to check with your doctor before signing up for a Cycle45 class.
What should I wear?
An athletic top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom. Be sure to bring your socks and if you don’t have cycling shoes, no worries – we rent them for $3.
The website had me sign up on something called F4, what does that mean?
I’ve been injured in the past and am intimidated to get back into high intensity work.
Do you offer one-on-one personal training?
We do not offer Personal Training on our schedule but our instructors are Certified Personal Trainers so inquire with them directly.

What if I don’t want to do the treadmill portion, can I do two floor workouts?
During this time we ask that you give the treadmill a try. With our progressive programming and monthly benchmarks, we promise it will be worth your while.
